Combined:
Bursting with fresh forest fruits, this wine is made from Sangiovese, the same grape as in Chianti, around the river Rubicon.
Vinification Note:
Harvested in the historic vineyards of Romagna, near the coast of the Adriatic. The grapes are brought to the winery and destemmed and crushed. The must is then fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature for ten days before being racked and pressed. The wine is then stored in tank before bottling in a state of the art line.
