Tasting Note:
On the nose this wine displays aromas of sweet raspberries and strawberries with delicate floral notes. The palate is lively bursting with crisp red berry flavours and a good persistent finish.
Vinification Note:
Grapes are destemmed and the crushed must is chilled at 8°C. This is followed by a soft pressing where the cold juice is settled with enzymes. The fermentation is continued with selected yeast at 15-18°C. Maturation and storage in stainless steel tanks and the wine is left on the lees.
