Tasting Note:
Fresh, fruit driven nose of herby red berries with hints of spice. The palate is medium to light bodied and dry with generous raspberry and cranberry fruit flavours and a crisp, refreshing finish.

Known all over the Mediterranean, Carignan makes a deliciously generous rosé.

Vinification Note:
Grapes are sourced exclusively from the lower Sulcis region from mixed clay, sand and calcareous soils. After crushing and de-stemming, there is a short period of low temperature skin contact (14-16 hours); fermentation is controlled at 16° to 18°C with a selected yeast culture. Maturation is for a short time in stainless steel and the wine is lightly filtered before being bottled young for early consumption.
