Deep walnut in colour this barrique aged grappa is mellow and smooth, with fine fruit character and secondary flavours of coffee and mocha drawn from its time spent ageing in oak.
Vinification Note:
Elisi is a grappa produced by blending three kinds of grappa from different years; 50% Barbera D'Asti from 1995, 25% Nebbiolo di Barolo from 1996 and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon from 1998.
