Vinification Note:
Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is one of the most widespread native varieties of Italy, mainly along the Adriatic coast. It is appreciated for its full, mellow qualities and its aromatic persistence. A careful selection of the grapes is followed by fermentation on the skins for 10 days. After malolactic fermentation the wine is stabilized and matured in bottle before release.
