Tasting Note:
Amber with streaks of brown gold. Intense with subtle hints of oak and dried fruit. Balanced and slightly sapid with a characteristic taste of almonds and hints of liquorices. Classic Marsala of the highest quality used for the preparation of a vast number of traditional Italian dishes
Vinification Note:
Fermented in stainless-steel vats, at a constant and controlled temperature. After fermentation the winemaker add to the white wine base a wine spirit called "Mistella" and cooked must. Maturation in oak casks lasts for 18th months.
