Young husband and wife team Jurgen and Carolin Hofmann own this tiny (3.5-hectare) estate in the Saar region. With an average vine age of 30 years, the steeply sloping vineyards produce the top quality fruit that is used to produce their deliciously refreshing dry Riesling.
