John Hancock has been firmly at the winemaking helm from the beginning, along with partners Robyn and Robert Wilson who own the successful ‘The Don’ and ‘Bleeding Heart’ restaurants in the City of London. Focused purely on making the highest quality wines from Hawkes Bay and Gimblett Gravels vineyards, these wines are an excellent choice from New Zealand to grace any restaurant’s wine list. Sourced from small vineyard sites situated throughout Hawkes Bay, and including some from Gimblett Gravels in the blends, the Hawkes Bay range from Trinity Hill represents fantastic value-for-money and a great introduction to the Trinity style. The signature across this range is balanced alcohol levels, site expressive minerality and ripe fruit balancing natural acidity.
