Sourced exclusively from some of the finest vineyards close to the southern coast of Western Sicily, the Torre Nova wines are made by Cantine Settesoli exclusively for Enotria Winecellars. Tradition and innovation go hand in hand here, the wines are sourced from dedicated vineyards using a computer-mapped traceability system which analyses sugar development, tannin ripeness and acidity levels throughout the growing season in order to ensure optimum quality at picking. Winemaker Domenico De Gregorio has enormous experience to draw upon and supports the very modern approach to making these versatile wines which capture the warmth of Sicily's Mediterranean sunshine and rich tradition of winemaking in a fruit driven, easy drinking style.
