Domaine Jean Pillot

Jean-Marc Pillot started working for the family Domaine in 1985 under Jean, his father, before taking the reins in 1991. He is one of the fifth generation of Pillots cultivating vines in Chassagne; consequently he and his cousins head a number of estates under the family name. He makes finely crafted mineral Chassagnes that perfectly express the terroirs of his different vineyard sites.
