Domaine Jean-Pierre Grossot

Although Jean–Pierre Grossot’s Domaine totals 15ha, the proportion of premier cru holdings is tiny. We were very fortunate indeed to be able to obtain a modest allocation from Grossot, as worldwide demand for his wines is huge. Les Fourneaux is the only wine which is oak aged. The Vaucoupin vineyard has an extra high mineral and chalk content which is reflected in the character of the wine.
