Fattoria dei Barbi has properties in Montalcino, Scansano and Chianti totalling 451 hectares. The estates belong to the Colombini family and are managed by Stefano Cinelli Colombini. The estates are a hedonist’s dream, with hundreds of hectares devoted not only to the production of top quality wine, but also salami, prosciutto, pecorino cheese, olive oil and honey. The vines of Fattoria dei Barbi are among the oldest, most noble and most reputed of Montalcino.
